WELCOME TO WALKING NETBALL

Dunedin Netball is running Walking Netball for anyone who is interested!
​​​​​​​Walking netball will be on Thursday's from 1-2pm with a cup of tea/coffee and a biscuit to follow.


We will be updating playing dates after each Thursday dependent on people's availability - please keep an eye on this page for upcoming dates.

Thursday 5 and 12 September - 1-2pm

$5 per person, cash on the day

WALKING NETBALL RULES


  • Rules of Walking Netball are the same as for the International Netball rules, except for the following:​​​​​​​
    • A player must have one foot in contact with the court at all times
    • A player may receive the ball with one foot grounded and then take two steps while in possession of the ball before it is thrown or shot
    • A player may throw the ball within 4 seconds of receiving the ball
